Following this section, the guide explores a wide range of possibilities and use of AI in education by analyzing them according to three key profiles: students, teachers and schools/educational administrations. For each of them, challenges and limitations are detailed, strategies and preventive4 measures are suggested and practical examples on how AI can enhance the teaching learning process are showcased. The guide aims/PURSUES at providing teachers with the necessary tools to efficiently incorporate AI in their pedagogical practices.
One of the key aspects presented in the guide is the ethical impact of the AI and the need of an adequate regulation. The document depicts a decalogue for the good use of IA, providing clear instructions on how to address ethical issues with students, such as algorithmic bias, deepfakes or technological dependance. This section highlights the importance of teaching students about the risks and responsibilities related to the use of AI.
The guide also includes a glossary to facilitate the understanding of technical terms and key concepts which are mentioned along the document. This additional resource assures all member of the educational community, regardless of their previous experience with IA can make the most of the supplied information.
